Underwater Photography & Video by Michael Millet
In July 2019, I ventured to the philippine Islands to explore the waters about Cebu Island with my good dive buddies, suzanne and brian.
the ist stop on this month-long trip was the quo vadis dive resort, which is located in the village of moalboal. Moalboal is situated about midway on the western side of Cebu.
After spending the night near the cebu city airport located on mactan island, I had about a 4 hour van ride down to moalboal.
the quo vadis resort offers comfortable accommodations, tasty food and great diving.
The dive team is friendly, helpful and really know the dive sites and the marine critters. My dive guide, jingle, was superb!!
The underwater photo opportunities are primarily macro. The marine life includes nudibranchs, reef fish, crabs, shrimp, squat lobsters, frogfish, pygmy sea horse. The large schools of sardines and scad offer some wide angle opportunities.
